Balancing

The term imbalance refers to the uneven distribution of weight. During this rotation causes centrifugal forces, vibrations and sounds that are louder and uncomfortably higher speeds.

Unbalance is the most common cause of damage to the machines.

Vibrations caused by the imbalance can have a strong influence on the bearings, chassis, housings and foundations, and cause strong wear. Products that are not balanced often have a shorter lifespan.

Vibration can lead to reduced friction on the screw and clamp connections, until separation of the components. Electric switches are destroyed by vibration, pipes may burst the seams. The imbalance can significantly reduce the security of work machines, which poses a risk for humans and machines.

Forces caused by unbalance, unwanted vibration and sound will disappear after balancing. Mass distribution of rotor improves the way to act in its bearings less centrifugal force.
